After the form appears in an Adobe PDF format, please print it and fill out the application.
When you have completed the form, please submit your application and dues to a Post 610 member of your choice (Legionnaire, Sons of Legion or Auxiliary) or to the bar attendant in the canteen at 19400 Sheldon Rd, Brook Park, Ohio.

Membership eligibility for American Legion Membership is printed on the application form.
Membership eligibility for Sons of the American Legion are as follows:
All male descendants, adopted sons and stepsons of members of The American Legion and such male descendants of veterans who died in service during World War I, II, Korean War, Vietnam War, Lebanon, Grenada, Panama and the Persian Gulf War, during the delimiting periods set forth in Article IV, Section 1 of the National Constitution of The American legion, or who died subsequent of their honorable discharge from such service, shall be eligible for membership in the Sons of The American Legion.
Eligibility for American Legion Auxiliary is printed on the application form.
